The Retirement Trust

The Retirement Trust

The Trust was formed in June 1990 and is a registered charity (1002223)

The objectives of the Retirement Trust are to further the knowledge and welfare of persons approaching retirement or who have already retired by:

THE RETIREMENT TRUST is not a political organisation. As a part of its objectives it has been engaged for the past twelve years in a watching brief on the great - hot and cold - debate concerning retirement pensions. It has actively contributed to efforts to bring about urgent solutions to what has become an arena of dispute and uncertainty. The Trust has held meetings at both the House of Commons and the House of Lords and has organised national and international conferences with the help of the European Commission, all of which have been aimed at concerned organisations, British commercial and industrial interests and members who are working to find solutions to the urgent problem of retirement pensions.
